Refund Policy

1. Subscription Model
AlgoPilot operates on a monthly subscription basis at $2,500/month. All new subscribers receive a 14-day free trial to evaluate the Platform before being charged.
2. Free Trial
2.1. New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the Professional plan.
2.2. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
2.3. If you do not cancel, the trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of 14 days.
3. Cancellation
3.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page.
3.2. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
3.3. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
4. Refunds
4.1. If you cancel within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, you are eligible for a full refund.
4.2. After 7 days of a paid subscription, refunds are not available. The service will continue until the end of the paid billing period.
4.3. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
5. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge through your bank or payment provider, your subscription will be suspended pending resolution. We will provide evidence of the transaction and your agreement to these terms.
6. Service Issues
6.1. If the Platform experiences a prolonged outage (more than 24 consecutive hours), you may request a pro-rated credit.
6.2. Service credits are applied to your next billing cycle and do not constitute a cash refund.
6.3. Please contact support@algopilot.com with any service-related refund requests.
7. How to Request a Refund
7.1. Cancel your subscription from the Settings page.
7.2. Email refunds@algopilot.com with your account email and reason for cancellation.
7.3. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.
