Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AlgoPilot ("the Platform"), an AI-powered institutional trading platform operated by AlgoPilot Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

AlgoPilot provides an AI-powered algorithmic trading platform that enables users to execute trading strategies, manage portfolios, and access market analytics. The Platform offers subscription-based access at $2,500/month with a 14-day free trial period.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to disrupt or compromise the Platform's security; (c) reverse engineer or copy the Platform's software; (d) use automated bots or scrapers without written permission; (e) exceed rate limits or API usage quotas.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, algorithms, and materials provided through the Platform are the intellectual property of AlgoPilot Inc. No license is granted except for the limited right to use the Platform as a subscriber.

8. Limitation of Liability

AlgoPilot provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for trading losses, data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or any indirect damages arising from Platform use. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease, and data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware.
